Floocky is a polar bear cub.
He is still very young thus the cleanliness is not acquired.
This is why he needs diapers
He has the white coat with some nuances of light blue scattered on the body he has claws and black nose and some have a good laugh pink under ears.
He likes the food, cuddle and to do stupid things.
